Where we come from

AI is new. Running critical technology is not.

For more than two decades, the work was keeping running what cannot stop: service desk, IT operations, cybersecurity and compliance in environments where a failure is costly. That teaches lessons that apply to any new technology — uncontrolled change becomes an incident, automation without exception handling becomes a problem, and nobody adopts what they don't understand.

Generative AI changed what is possible, but it didn't change those rules. Many companies are jumping straight to the tool and forgetting the process, the data and the risk. NexaOps exists to take the path in the right order: first where the return is, then how to do it safely, and only then which technology to use.
